Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature is free to use and there is no paid plan.
Funnel or customer journey?
Both. A funnel is the path you plan for customers to take. The customer journey is every step they actually go through, from the first ad they see to the purchase and beyond. Jrnymap lets you map the plan and then track the real journey against it.
Where is my data stored?
In your free Jrnymap account, so your funnels are there on any device you log in from. Ad account tokens are encrypted on our server, and you can download a backup from the funnel menu at any time.
Which ad platforms connect?
Meta Ads connects live through your account. Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn work through CSV report imports.
How does ad spend tracking work?
Switch a funnel to Track mode. Spend and clicks come from your connected Meta account or from ad reports you import, and Jrnymap carries that spend through every step to show cost per person, cost per sale and ROAS.
Can I connect Google Ads or TikTok Ads?
Yes, by importing their CSV reports, which takes a couple of clicks. Meta Ads connects live with an access token.
How accurate is the forecast?
It is as accurate as the conversion rates you enter. Once real data comes in, Track mode shows how each step compares to your plan so you can adjust.
Can I plan email sequences?
Yes. Stack emails top to bottom, add wait times like "2 days" between them, and see how many people reach the offer.
Can I share a funnel with a client?
Yes. Copy a view-only link, or export the map as a PNG or PDF.
Can I use my own logos and icons?
Yes. Upload any image, pick a shape, and it shows up in the panel next to the built-in steps.
Can AI build my funnel for me?
Yes. Click Build with AI in the editor, describe the funnel in a sentence, and Jrnymap lays it out with starting conversion rates. You see a preview first, and nothing changes until you click Apply.
Can I use Jrnymap from Claude?
Yes. Connect Jrnymap in Claude Code, claude.ai or Claude Desktop and ask Claude to create, extend or review your funnels. Setup takes about a minute; see the Claude setup guide.
